The fastest way to reach the team behind IHOP Menu is email. We read everything that comes in, and reader messages are the reason a good number of our guides get corrected, expanded, or rewritten each month.
Email us
Write to admin@ihopmenuupdate.us.
That one address covers the whole site: menu corrections, questions about a guide, advertising questions, privacy requests, and anything else connected to ihopmenuupdate.us. There is no phone number and no postal address for the site, because the team works remotely and email genuinely reaches us faster than anything else would.
How long a reply takes
Most messages get an answer within two to three working days. Simple corrections are often handled the same day. If your note needs us to check a price against several restaurant locations, it may take a little longer, because we would rather verify the number than guess at it. Weekends and holidays can add a day or two. If a week passes with no reply, send the message again. Spam filters occasionally eat a real email, and we would rather receive yours twice than never see it at all.
What to write to us about
Menu corrections. Prices move. Items leave the menu, specials end early, and portion sizes change. If the guide you read does not match what your local IHOP is serving, tell us which item, which location you visited, and what you paid. That detail lets us check the same sources quickly and update the page for the next reader.
Missing information. Calorie counts, allergen notes, serving hours, senior and kids menu details: if a guide skipped something you needed, ask. Requests like these decide which pages we expand next.
Content and photo questions. If you own a photograph or piece of writing that appears on this site and you want it credited differently or removed, contact us at the same address and we will sort it out promptly.
Advertising. Display advertising on this site runs through Google AdSense. Questions about a specific ad you saw are usually best directed to Google, since we do not choose individual ads. Questions about the site’s advertising policy itself are welcome here.
Privacy requests. To ask what personal data we hold about you, or to request its removal, email us and mention “Privacy” in the subject line. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
What we cannot help with
This part matters, so we will be direct. IHOP Menu is an independent guide. We are not IHOP, we are not part of Dine Brands Global, and we have no connection to any individual restaurant. That means we cannot take an order, book a table, check a gift card balance, process a refund, or pass a complaint about a meal or a member of staff to a manager. We never see those requests reach the right people, because we are simply not the right people.
For anything about an actual visit, your order, or a restaurant experience, contact IHOP directly through its official website or speak to the location you visited. Their guest relations team can pull up receipts and speak to the restaurant. We cannot.
Before you write
A subject line that names the item or page saves everyone time. “Price wrong on the 55+ menu page” gets fixed faster than “your site is wrong.” Links help too. Paste the guide’s address into your message and we will open exactly what you were reading.
Thank you for every note, correction, and sharp-eyed spot. Write to admin@ihopmenuupdate.us and we will get back to you.
One more thing
We are a small team, not a call centre, so there is no ticket number and no script. The person who answers your email is one of the same people who research and update these guides. That is slower than a giant support desk. It is also why the answers tend to be specific, and why a good correction from a reader usually ends up improving the page for everyone who lands on it next.
What not to send, and what happens next
Please do not send payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information in an email, because email is not a safe place for those things and the site never asks for them. Order numbers and receipts also do not help here, since there is no order system on this side to look them up in. If a message contains something sensitive by mistake, say so in a follow-up and the team can delete the original message on request.
Messages are answered on working days, in the order they arrive, and a correction that changes a guide usually gets a short reply once the change is live. Some messages need a check that takes a few days, especially when a detail varies by region, and in that case a reply may come later than a simple question would. The inbox is checked regularly, but it is a small team, so a message sent late in the week may be picked up on the next working day rather than the same night.
What to include in a correction
The most useful messages are short and specific. Name the item, say what the guide shows, and say what you saw instead, with the town or state where you saw it. A photo of a menu board is welcome but never required, and a price on its own, without the item and the place, is much harder to check. Corrections like this are read first, because they change what other readers see, and a confirmed correction goes into the guide rather than sitting in an inbox.
It also helps to say which page you were reading, since the same item can appear in several guides with different wording. A link, or even the guide title copied into the message, saves a round of guessing. If you are writing about a deal, add the dates you saw it running, if you know them, because a deal that ended last week and a deal that is still running need very different fixes.
Other messages we welcome
Menu news is welcome too. If a new item is being tested near you, or a seasonal item has come back earlier than expected, send it over and say where you saw it. The team checks reader tips the same way it checks other sources, against ordering menus or published listings, before anything goes into a guide. A tip that cannot be confirmed is not published as fact, but it can still point the team toward something worth checking, so it is never wasted.
Questions about using the site are welcome as well, whether a page is hard to read on a phone, a link is broken, or a guide is missing an item you expected to find. Business messages, including requests about listings or partnerships, go to the same inbox, and they are read in the same working-day routine. Messages about an order at a specific restaurant, though, cannot be fixed here, because IHOP Menu Update does not run any restaurant and has no access to order systems.
Writing to us
Write to admin@ihopmenuupdate.us for anything on this page, from a price correction to a privacy request. One inbox covers the whole site, so a message will not get lost between departments, because there are none. It is a small online team, there is no phone number and no office to visit, but the inbox is real and it is read by a person.
