Please read this Disclaimer before relying on anything published on IHOP Menu (ihopmenuupdate.us). It explains who we are, who we are not, and how far the information on this site should be trusted.
We are not IHOP
IHOP Menu is an independent guide written by the IHOP Menu Team. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to IHOP Restaurants, its parent company Dine Brands Global, or any individual IHOP location. We do not work for the chain, we do not speak for it, and nothing on this site is an official statement from it.
The IHOP name, its logos, and the names of its menu items and promotions are trademarks of their respective owners. We use those names only to describe the dishes and offers our readers want information about. If you need the official word on anything, from a price to a job opening, the chain’s own website and its restaurants are the places to get it.
Prices are estimates
Every price on this site should be read as a careful estimate, not a quote. Most IHOP restaurants are franchises, and franchise owners set prices locally. Costs differ by state, by city, and sometimes by neighbourhood. Restaurants also raise prices without telling anyone, and a figure we verified last month may already have moved.
We check prices against multiple locations and publish the figure or range we find most representative, with the review date shown. Your local menu board, the chain’s ordering app, or a quick call to the restaurant will always give you the exact price you will pay. Do not plan a tight budget around our numbers alone.
Nutrition and calorie figures
Calorie counts and nutrition values on this site come from published nutrition documents and standard references, and they carry the same limits as any published figure. Recipes get tweaked. Portions vary between kitchens and between cooks. A pancake stack built generously on a busy Saturday will not match the test-kitchen numbers to the calorie.
Treat our nutrition information as a guide for comparing dishes, not as medical data. If you manage a health condition, a strict diet, or a training target that depends on exact numbers, rely on the chain’s current official nutrition document and, where needed, advice from your own clinician or dietitian.
Allergen warning
This one deserves extra care. Our guides summarise allergen information from published sources, but restaurant kitchens handle milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and other allergens side by side, and cross-contact can happen no matter how careful a kitchen is. Ingredients and suppliers also change.
If you or someone you are ordering for has a food allergy, do not rely on this website. Check the chain’s current allergen document and tell the restaurant staff about the allergy before ordering, every single time. Only the restaurant preparing your food can speak to what is in it on that day.
Advertising disclosure
This site is reader-funded through advertising. Pages carry display ads served by Google AdSense and similar networks, selected by those networks rather than by us. Seeing a product advertised here does not mean we recommend it. From time to time a guide may sit alongside clearly labelled sponsored material; when it does, the label will say so, and our Editorial Policy explains how we keep commercial content separate from our own writing. Some outbound links may be part of programmes that pay a small commission at no cost to you, and we will identify them where that applies.
Accuracy and your decisions
We work to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors openly when readers point them out. Still, information here is general in nature. Decisions about spending, eating, and health are yours, and the responsibility for checking details that matter sits with you and the restaurant. Our full Terms of Use set out the legal position.

Nutrition, allergens, and general information
Nutrition figures on this site are given for general comparison between items, not as medical or dietary advice. Recipes and preparation methods can change, and cross-contact in a busy kitchen means an allergen-free result can never be promised from a guide alone. Anyone with an allergy, a medical condition, or a strict dietary requirement should confirm ingredients and preparation with the restaurant directly before ordering, and should treat any figure here as a starting point, not a final answer.
The same caution applies to hours, delivery areas, and deals. Hours can change for holidays, refurbishment, or local reasons, and delivery coverage depends on the restaurant and the delivery service in use. The guides aim to be current, but they are not a substitute for a quick check with the restaurant when the detail matters, and the site accepts no responsibility for a wasted trip or a missed deal caused by relying on a single page alone.
Not the official restaurant site
IHOP Menu Update is an independent guide and is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with IHOP. Nothing on these pages is an official announcement, and nothing here should be read as a statement from the restaurant company itself. Menu names and trademarks belong to their owners, and they are used here only to identify the items being described, in the same way a review or a guidebook would name them.
That independence cuts both ways. It lets the guides compare items freely and note when something has changed or disappeared, without needing anyone’s approval. It also means the site cannot speak for the company, cannot promise that an item will be available, and cannot settle a dispute about an order. For those things, the restaurant itself is the only authority.
Prices, availability, and local variation
Prices on this site are guides, not guarantees. A franchise location can charge more or less than another location, a city with higher costs can price the same meal differently, and a deal can be limited to certain places or dates without that limit being obvious from an advertisement. Seasonal items and test items add another layer of variation, since they may appear in one region and never reach another.
Availability works the same way. An item listed in a guide may be sold out, discontinued, or simply not carried at a particular restaurant on a particular day. Checking the ordering menu or asking at the counter before travelling for a specific item is always wise, especially for limited-time items, because a guide, however recently updated, cannot see inside a single kitchen’s stock.
External links and changes
Links to other websites are given for convenience, and the content of those sites is outside this site’s control. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site, and the linked site’s own terms and privacy rules apply once you leave these pages. This disclaimer, like the guides themselves, may be updated as the site changes, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Checking before you order
The safest way to use any menu guide is to treat it as preparation, not as a promise. Read the guide, narrow down what you want, and then confirm availability, price, and any allergen detail with the restaurant before you pay, especially for seasonal items, limited-time deals, or items that vary by location. That single check protects against the most common disappointments, which are almost always caused by a change that happened after a page was written, rather than by a mistake in the original guide.
Readers also help the guides stay honest by reporting differences they find. A short message naming the item, the price or detail seen, and the town or state where it was seen gives the team something concrete to check, and a confirmed difference goes into the guide for the next reader. Guides that are checked by their readers, in this way, tend to stay closer to reality than guides that are only checked by their writers.
